Publication charges apply to manuscripts accepted for publication in the Journal. The current publication charges are:

Publication charges are due upon acceptance of the manuscript for publication. Failure to pay publication charges may result in delayed publication or withdrawal of the manuscript.
We offer waivers or discounts for authors from low-income countries upon request. Waivers are granted at our sole discretion and are subject to availability of funds.
Authors retain copyright of their work but grant the Journal exclusive publication rights. All published articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY), which allows others to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the work, even commercially, as long as they credit the original creation.
By submitting a manuscript to the Journal, you agree to license your work under the CC BY license upon publication. You also grant us the right to publish, reproduce, distribute, and display your work in all formats and media, including but not limited to print, electronic, and digital formats.
You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant these licenses and that your work does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
